According to one embodiment, this consumed power control device is equipped with: a consumed power-related physical quantity target value setting means which sets a physical quantity target value that affects the consumed power of a power consumption means connected to a power distribution system inside a power-consuming residence that is connected to a power system; a frequency measurement value input means which inputs a frequency measurement value of the power distribution system; a consumed power command value computation means which computes a consumed power command value from the frequency measurement value input by the frequency measurement value input means and from the target value set by the consumed power-related physical quantity target value setting means; and a consumed power command value output means which outputs a consumed power command value calculated by the consumed power command value computation means.
