An audio signal-based air conditioner operating parameter adjustment method comprising: an air conditioner detects either regularly or in real-time an audio signal (S10), when the audio signal is detected, the detected audio signal is compared with a preset audio signal (S20), and, when the detected audio signal matches the preset audio signal, the air conditioner adjusts a current operating parameter thereof into a preset first operating parameter and operates according to the adjusted first operating parameter (S30).
