Provided are a cloud contact centre and a cloudization method for a contact centre. The cloud contact centre comprises: an access cloud configured to provide an enterprise with a service of applying for access accounts of a plurality of interactive platforms; a service cloud recording the access accounts for which the enterprise is applied and configured to provide a user with a service of querying the access accounts of the plurality of interactive platforms for which the enterprise applies; and a platform cloud configured to provide the enterprise with a service of allocating contact centre services to the access accounts of the plurality of interactive platforms that have been applied for, so that the user can establish contacts with the access accounts for which the corresponding enterprise is applied via the plurality of interactive platforms so as to obtain the corresponding contact centre services. In the solution of the present invention, contact centre services of different interactive platforms are intensively managed, thereby saving operation costs of an enterprise. On the other hand, it is convenient for a user to learn access accounts of the enterprise for different interactive platforms, and the user can choose an appropriate interactive platform to acquire an appropriate contact centre service. |
