Beverage-making capsule comprising a lid (8) through which a fluid is pressure injected to a first chamber (10) containing a food product. The bottom of said first chamber (10) comprises perforations (12) that allow the passage of the fluid mixed with the food product to a second chamber (11). The second chamber (11) is equipped with partitions (9) in the form of a labyrinth to slow down the passage of the mixture of the fluid and the food product mixture. A plate (6) constitutes the bottom of the first chamber (10) and is equipped with the perforations (12) for the passage of the fluid mixed with the food product. The partitions (9) are arranged in the lower side of the plate (6), obtaining a single-piece plate (6) and partition (9) set.
