The present invention relates to a method for efficiently amplifying a probe based on a microarray. A method for amplifying a probe based on a microarray according to the present invention amplifies a probe based a microarray and a latex PCR, thereby repeatedly synthesizing a great amount, various kinds of double strand probes compared with an existing probe synthesis method to reduce the probe synthesis costs.
