A sign comprising a sign stand 11 and a removable display panel 10; the sign stand comprising an upwardly extending support member 14 and the display panel comprising a perimeter region 13 which surrounds at least in part a pocket 15 into which at least a portion of said upwardly extending support member may be inserted; said perimeter region having an outer edge; wherein said perimeter region is itself sufficiently rigid so that the shape of the outer edge of the perimeter region is substantially retained when the display panel extends upwardly and said upwardly extending support member is placed at least in part in said pocket. The display panel may be formed of corrugated plastic. The perimeter region may have a front and rear panels, and a spacer layer, which may define the pocket. The stand may have a base from which the support member extends in an arch. |
