A data processing method for a user equipment. The method comprises: when it is determined that a user equipment needs to search for a network, determining an available wireless technology type according to acquired information of wireless technology types allowed to access or information of wireless access types prohibited to access; and searching for an available network corresponding to the available wireless technology type according to the determined available wireless technology type, the available network being used by the user equipment for data processing. The method provided by the present invention reduces unnecessary network signaling load, reduces the network search time of the user equipment, and lowers the power consumption of the user equipment. |
