An apparatus for heating ship fuel oil according to the present invention comprises: a boiler to use exhaust gas of a main engine to produce steam; a steam heater which is connected to one end of the boiler, and heats fuel oil through the steam; a viscorator which is connected to one end of an electric heater, and measures viscosity of the fuel oil to control opening/closing of a steam control valve disposed between the boiler and the steam heater; and the electric heater disposed between the steam heater and the viscorator to heat the fuel oil through electricity. Therefore, the apparatus for heating ship fuel oil can supplement the steam heater with additional heating and reduce consumption of the fuel oil. Moreover, a ship sailing condition can be improved, and sailing costs can be reduced. |
