A base station of a carrier aggregation system performs an interference control based on an ABS pattern for a first factor carrier wave in which interference exceeds a critical value among a plurality of factor carrier waves, and changes the first factor carrier wave into a new available factor carrier wave, when the interference of the first factor carrier wave still exceeds the critical value after interference control is performed.
