The present invention relates to an electronic load tester for saving energy by using a light emitting device (LED). More specifically, the electronic load tester for saving energy by using an LED lowers a heating temperature by reducing consumption power of a loader in the electronic load tester for saving energy by using the LED. The electronic load tester comprises: a power supply unit; a loader which generates a load by power outputted from the power supply unit; a light emitting unit which consumes heating energy of the loader by including at least one LED which is connected in series between the power supply unit and the loader; a switching unit having at least one power line and at least one switch; and a control unit which selectively controls the switch.
