An electrical heating pad (1) for a water tank. The electrical heating pad comprises: a substrate (100); a heating layer (110), the heating layer being laid on the substrate; a conducting wire (130), the conducting wire being electrically connected to the heating layer, and a first through hole (125) cooperated with the conducting wire being provided on the substrate; and a fixing piece (120) for fixing the conducting wire. The fixing piece comprises a first fixing part (121) and a second fixing part (122) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the substrate, wherein a snap-fitting part (123) is provided on the second fixing part; and a second through hole (126) cooperated with the conducting wire is provided on the snap-fitting part. The fixing piece also comprises a connecting rod (128), wherein the connecting rod is connected to the first fixing part and the second fixing part; and a third through hole (127) is provided on the substrate, and the connecting rod penetrates the third through hole and clamps the substrate between the first fixing part and the second fixing part. |
