The present invention relates to an emergency psychiatric mental state prediction model-based remote emergency psychiatry system and method, and the system may comprise: a collection unit for collecting a real-time mental health symptom of a patient and medical and family history data of the patient; a prediction unit for predicting a psychiatric mental state of the patient from the collected real-time mental health symptom and the medical and family history data of the patient; and a transmission unit for providing the predicted psychiatric mental state.
