Provided are an image processing method, device and system, which relate to the field of multimedia, and can reduce transformation errors generated by a DLT when SDC image processing is conducted on a depth map. The specific solution comprises: acquiring an original image block of a depth image to be encoded, at least one image processing mode and a depth lookup table, and acquiring a prediction image block respectively corresponding to each image processing mode; acquiring an original direct-current component according to the original image block; acquiring a predicted direct-current component according to the pixel value of a pixel point in the prediction image block; obtaining an index residual value according to the depth lookup table, the prediction direct component and the original direct-current component; selecting a preferred image processing mode from the at least one image processing mode according to a pre-set rule; and coding the preferred image processing mode, the index residual value corresponding to the preferred image processing mode, and the depth lookup table, to obtain encoded data.
