<p>The invention relates to a digitally-controlled electric stimulator meant to be used for medical treatment by hydrotherapy. According to the invention, the electric stimulator (1) comprises a stage with a microcontroller (2) having the role of generating signals in digital format, on the basis of commands received from a console (3) and of signals issued from some sensors (4), the signals being transmitted to a wave-shaping stage (5) which performs the digital-to-analogue conversion and sums up the signals resulting therefrom, the result being transmitted to a voltage-controlled current source stage (6) which converts the received voltage signal into a therapeutic current signal, distributed by a multiplexing stage (7) to some electrodes (8).</p> |
