A frame structure for a two-wheeled motor vehicle is configured so that the structure does not restrict the layout of parts around the engine and does not require a change in the arrangement and structure of the parts. A frame structure for a two-wheeled motor vehicle is provided with: a head pipe (12) provided at the front part of a vehicle body frame (10); a tank rail (13) formed so as to tilt downward from the head pipe (12); left and right body frame members (14L, 14R) extended downward from the rear part of the tank rail (13); a bridge tube (26) mounted between and bridging the lower parts of the left and right body frame members (14L, 14R); and a single down tube (15) extended from the head pipe (12), passed in front of and below the engine (11), and then extended rearward. The rear end part of the down tube (15) is located in front of and diagonally below the bridge tube (26), and the rear end part of the down tube (15) and the bridge tube (26) are connected through a connection member (31). |
