The present invention relates to a spring actuator mechanism, comprising a frame. The frame is provided with a buffer and an output shaft that extends left and right along the axis and is transmittingly connected to a movable contact of the corresponding circuit breaker; the output shaft is provided with a buffer crank arm; the buffer crank arm is provided with a pin shaft; a piston rod of the buffer is provided with a hinge connection hole; the pin shaft penetrates the hinge connection hole; the hinge connection hole is an elongated hole of which the length extension direction is consistent with that of the piston rod. The present invention provides a spring actuator mechanism that does not affect the initial opening and closing speeds of a movable contact.
