The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bean curd, wherein, more particularly, nutrients of the bean curd are supplemented and the bean curd is colored by adding a Ligularia fischeri extract in a process for manufacturing the bean curd; unique taste and beautiful colors of the bean curd are obtained by adding a beet extract and a red cabbage extract to the bean curd; and consequently a value of the bean curd as a product can increase. |
