According to the present invention, a heater for heating a chemical fluid comprises: a heater rod (31) including an expanded heating unit (41) and an expanded contact unit (42); a tube type coating (32) of a corrosion resistant material into which the heater rod (31) is inserted to cover the heating unit (41); and a mounting unit (33) integrating the heater rod (31) with both ends of the tube type coating (32). Therefore, the heater prevents a chemical fluid from permeating a surface of the heater rod to block corrosion of a device. |
