The present invention relates to a connection structure to connect a lead wire in order to apply power to a stator of a motor. In a magmate terminal, formed are an engaging hole to prevent a fork terminal from escaping and an engaging hook which is inserted into and fixed to the engaging hole to prevent the fork terminal from escaping. The connection structure of a stator lead wire of the motor and the motor including the same can solve a low performance problem caused by unstable contact by allowing the fork terminal to be stably fixed inside the magmate terminal.
