A conveyor linkage system features two linkages, which are substantially the same as each other, each featuring a conveyor engaging portion 4,6,7, and at a distal end a linkage plate 11. The linkage may be used for the joining of two ends of a conveyor belt 1 and the linkages may further feature portions through which separation bars 3 are passed, at the same interval as such separation bars are spaced across the rest of the conveyor. A conveyor with such a linkage may provide a separation conveyor, such as for the separation of agricultural produce and soil, travelling over an upper surface of the conveyor. |
