摘要 The present document relates to measurement circuits to be used e.g. in solid state lighting (SSL) devices. In particular, the present document relates to measurement circuits which are configured to measure wide ranges of the input voltage of the driver circuits for SSL devices. A measurement circuit (306) configured to provide a sensed input voltage (434) indicative of an input voltage (229) is described. The measurement circuit (306) comprises a first resistor (208) which is configured to be coupled at a first side to the input voltage (229). Furthermore, the measurement circuit comprises current mirror circuitry (411, 412, 413, 415, 421, 422, 423, 425) coupled at an input to a second side of the first resistor, which is opposite to the first side of the first resistor, and configured to translate an input current at the input of the current mirror circuitry into an output current at an output of the current mirror circuitry, such that the output current is proportional to the input current by a current mirror ratio. In addition, the measurement circuit comprises a second resistor (409) coupled to the output of the current mirror circuitry and configured to provide the sensed input voltage (434), when the input voltage is coupled to the first side of the first resistor.
