Disclosed are a group messaging cancellation method in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. Specifically, a method for cancelling group messaging by a network node in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving a group messaging cancellation request message including a group messaging identifier of group messaging required to be cancelled and cancellation indication information; and stopping the transmission of the group messaging corresponding to the group messaging identifier and transmitting the group messaging identifier to a terminal.
