In the present invention, a two-dimensional chromatogram creation unit (32) creates two-dimensional chromatograms on the basis of data obtained from two samples, and a chromatogram difference calculation unit (33) creates a two-dimensional difference chromatogram indicating the intensity difference between the two two-dimensional chromatograms. A blob detection unit (34) detects blobs on each chromatogram, and a blob comparison unit (35) compares the blobs on the difference chromatogram with the blobs on the other two chromatograms and extracts blobs found to have the same temporal position. Additionally, if blobs at the same temporal position on two chromatograms are extracted, a standard value for the intensity difference of the two blobs is calculated, and the line type of the boundary line indicating the extracted blob on a display is determined on the basis of the value. As a result, important blobs having high intensity differences on the two chromatograms being compared can be automatically selected and presented to an analyst. |
