Disclosed are an energy-saving light-bar apparatus and an energy-saving lamp comprising same. The energy-saving lamp comprises an energy-saving light-bar apparatus, a light-bar base (5), a drive apparatus (6), a lamp cap (7) and a bulb shell (8), wherein the light-bar base (5) is used for fixing the energy-saving light-bar apparatus in the lamp cap (7), and the bulb shell (8) is covered outside the energy-saving light-bar apparatus and the drive apparatus (6), and is in threaded connection with the lamp cap (7). Such energy-saving light-bar apparatus and energy-saving lamp have the advantages of reducing the damage rate of LED light-bars during assembling and greatly improving the working efficiency. |
