Disclosed are a service processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a mobility management entity is used to send request information for requesting service termination; and the mobility management entity determines to terminate a service and sends an instruction for terminating the service. The problem in the related art that resources are wasted due to that a service is not interrupted in time is solved, resources are effectively saved, and user experience is improved.
