Provided are a software upgrade processing method and device, a terminal and a server. The method comprises: dividing software to be upgraded into one or more software service units (S102); extracting one or more adaptation elements for enriching the one or more software service units (S104); and injecting the one or more adaptation elements into the corresponding software service units based on a predetermined injection strategy (S104), which solves the problems in the related art that high complexity and low upgrade efficiency exist in software upgrade, thereby achieving the effects of greatly reducing the complexity of software upgrade and improving the efficiency of software upgrade. |
