Disclosed are a method and a device to measure a pH and a concentration of a sample using absorption photometry. According to the present invention, the device to measure the pH and concentration of a sample using absorption photometry comprises: a photometry part to generate a plurality of wavelengths of light and then to receive light again after the wavelengths of light pass a sample; a control part to adjust an intensity of the wavelengths of light; a detection part to measure the pH and concentration of the sample by collecting the sample, and passing the wavelengths of light through the collected sample; a central processing part receiving the wavelengths of light passing the detection part in the photometry part again, and then calculating the pH and the concentration of the sample using the information on the received wavelengths of light to be data; and a power part to control the power of the device to measure the pH and concentration of the sample using absorption photometry.
