The present invention relates to a light guide plate and a method for manufacturing the same. The light guide plate comprises a base film of a PMMA or PC material, an optical pattern which is formed on the back and the upper side of the base film, and an UV coating layer. The UV coating layer includes a light receiving side edge part, and a lens part which is formed from the edge part to a light traveling direction. Meanwhile, the light guide plate is manufactured by the following steps of: supplying the base film; forming an optical pattern; forming a UV coating layer; and cutting process. At this time, the optical pattern applies an extrusion stamping method, and the UV coating layer applies an imprint method using molding, like this, so-called hybrid method is applied. |
