WELDING METHOD FOR HOT STAMPING COATING STEEL SHEETS AND TAILOR WELDED BLANK USING THE SAME

Disclosed are a method to weld hot-stamping coating steel sheets together, and a tailor-welded blank manufactured using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to weld hot-stamping coating steel sheets together supplies a fixated amount per unit volume of powder whose components are composed to maintain a content of an austenite stabilizing element in a welded portion of coating steel sheets to a level of the coating steel sheets or higher, or adds the austenite stabilizing element with carrier gas along a welding line in a direction close to a vertical direction relative to a welding pool when welding the coating steel sheets together. The tailor-welded blank manufactured using the method to weld the hot-stamping coating steel sheets together laser-welds at least two coating steel sheets together to join the coating steel sheets, and adds powder composed of an austenite stabilizing element as a component with Fe as a base element to a molten pool when laser-welding each coating steel sheet to maintain a content of the austenite stabilizing element in each welded portion of the coating steel sheets or increases the content of the austenite stabilizing element.
