A pipe lining apparatus includes a spray liner orifice and an umbilical containing at least one heated hose conveying liquid lining material under pressure, a nitrogen fluid conveying hose and an electrical cable. An electrical element within a housing chamber communicates with the electrical cable. A vortexing chamber with a vortexing module communicates with a conical atomization orifice that leads to an atomization mixing chamber. A nitrogen atomization tube fluidly communicates with the atomization mixing chamber within a disbursement head.
