1. A light emitting device comprising:
a substrate; a light emitting structure on the substrate and including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a reflective electrode on the second conductive semiconductor layer; a second bump over the reflective electrode; and a first prevention layer provided between the reflective electrode and the second bump to prevent a delamination of the reflective electrode; and a second electrode pad and a second bump pad between the first prevention layer and the second bump, wherein the second electrode pad covers the first prevention layer.
