The device has a column (1) surrounded with a pressure shell and has three different chambers (2,3,4). The former chamber lying downwards is closed by an outlet (16). The chamber is locked by valves (13a,16a) so that a dip with a liquid is equipped in the chamber. The chamber has a lateral inlet (11) for reductive gas. A hydrostatic liquid column or a siphon- shaped physical connection, which is filled with liquid, is inserted between the chambers. An independent claim is also included for a method for precipitation of process condensate during steam reforming. |
