A high durability mortar composition for repairing cross section of concrete according to the present invention comprises 50-250 parts by weight of fine aggregates, and 10-20 parts by weight of water for 100 parts by weight of a binder, wherein the binder is an ultra-rapid hardening ceramic binder comprising 0.5- 5 parts by weight of one or more water repelling agent selected among a wax emulsion, calcium stearate, and aluminum stearate, and 15-45 parts by weight of one or more phosphate selected among potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH_2PO_4), sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH_2PO_4), diammonium hydrogen phosphate ((NH_4)_2HPO_4), ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH_4H_2PO_4) for 100 parts by weight of magnesia. |
