the screen data corresponds to a first screen allowing manipulation of the image processing apparatus from the portable terminal apparatus,the first screen displays a file processing button and a file icon to be dropped onto the file processing button or onto an application icon displayed on a second screen, andthe file icon represents a document file; a receiver that receives a display information from the portable terminal apparatus, wherein,
the display information includes a display position information that represents a position of the application icon on the second screen, andthe second screen is displayed on a display portion of the portable terminal apparatus; and a display data generator that generates the screen data based on the display information by moving a position of the file processing button on the first screen farther away from the application icon, while the first screen and the second screen are both displayed on the display portion of the portable terminal apparatus.
