摘要 The present invention relates to a welding robot system which performs welding work while moving. The welding robot system comprises: a welding machine body (110) to output a voltage/current command signal required for welding; a wire feeder (120) connected to the welding machine body (110), supplying a wire; a welding robot (130) connected to the wire feeder (120), receiving a motion command from a controller (140) to perform welding work; the controller (140) which performs motion, control, calculation, and digital/analog input/output signal processing work, and is connected to the welding machine body (110) to output the voltage/current command signal received from the welding machine body (110) to the welding robot (130); a teaching operator (150) to edit a work file of the welding robot (130), set a system variable of the controller (140), and edit a secondary coefficient value of the welding machine body (110); and a welding output voltage/current adjustment device (160) to adjust a voltage/current required for welding when the welding robot (130) performs welding work. According to the present invention, the welding robot system comprises the welding output voltage/current adjustment device to allow a worker to easily correct the voltage/current required for welding when welding to allow the worker to check a welding bead in real time and to correct the voltage/current immediately. Every time the welding output voltage/current adjustment device is operated while welding, the controller automatically updates the voltage/current command signal required for welding and outputs the voltage/current command signal to finish a calibration of welding machine within a short period of time.
