The present invention relates to a trocar which is used for laparoscopic surgery by an operation hole without opening a body of a patient and, more specifically, the trocar which has: an improved structure of a sealing tube in the trocar to prevent a discharge of gas charged in a stomach of the patient by being opened while inserting a surgical tool for laparoscopic surgery and closed while withdrawing the surgical tool for laparoscopic surgery; removes foreign materials or contaminants such as blood of a tissue of the human body on the surgical tool which is inserted and withdrawn through trocar; and has a filter for the foreign materials especially to clean a foggy lens in a tip of an endoscopic camera due to temperature difference between an operating site and an outside of the operating site. The tracoar comprises: a sealing tube, as a tube made of a flexible material which is fixed by being inserted between a head part of a main body of the trocar (30) and an intubation part (31), which has a recovery force to rapidly recover while withdrawing the surgical tool (1) and a pressing force for grasping the surgical tool (1) in at least 2 to 3 cut-out portions from a front end outer surface wherein a cut-out portion (11a) is located to a closing direction of the cut-out portion (11a); a foreign substance filter (20), as a tube made of a flexible material fixed in a middle part of the head part of the main body of the trocar (30), which collects the foreign substance on the surface by squeezing the surface of the surgical tool (1) which is inserted or withdrawn. |
