The present invention relates to a method and a device for transceiving a signal in direct communications between terminals. According to the present invention, a symbol signal is generated by performing offset quadrature amplitude modulation (OQAM) on data to be transmitted, in direct communications between terminals. Moreover, the symbol signal is encoded in half a symbol unit, so a transmission signal is generated and transmitted.
