An electric and electronic control technology is disclosed in the present invention. The electrode handle electrically conducts high frequency output voltage or high frequency output current, which is provided by a deep-portion heat transmission device, to a second electrode, which comes in close contact with a first electrode and then applies a high voltage pulse wave, generated as an ion material contained in an electrolyte solution of the second electrode is activated to be polarized, and a high voltage symmetric wave to a human body. Therefore, the electrode handle advantageously prevents discharge and burn and increases characteristics of contact with skin by obtaining flexibility of the second electrode. Accordingly, the electrode handle eliminates concerns that a human body is damaged by influence of over-power applied through the deep-portion heat transmission device or skin tissue is destroyed and, even worse, a user gets shocked by electricity. |
