The present invention relates to a water floating type convenience facility. The present invention comprises: a base including walls facing a four-way excavation surface under the ground, a sludge discharge hole formed in a lower part of one among the walls, and a floor inclined towards the sludge discharge hole in order to prevent damage, loss, or flooding in the event of river flooding by automatically floating on the surface of water; a sludge culvert which is under the ground at one side of the base, communicates with the inside of the base through the sludge discharge hole, has a bottom lower than the bottom of the base, and has a drain in the bottom; an inflow pipe formed in the bottom of the wall of the base to connect a shore protection of the river side to the floor of the base; multiple guide posts stood up around the edge of the floor of the base; a floater including multiple post holes corresponding to the guide posts to elevate from the floor of the base along the guide posts, and a structure installed on the upper surface; and multiple guide rollers installed around the edge of the inner surface of the post holes with predetermined gaps in order to allow the floater to slide up and down along the guide posts. |
