1. A device, comprising:
a memory that stores instructions; and a processor coupled to the memory, wherein responsive to executing the instructions, the processor performs operations comprising: receiving from a remote control device communicatively coupled to the device a request for communication services; querying a communication device to determine whether the communication device is currently being used, wherein the communication device is communicatively coupled to a base station that provides communication services to the communication device via a modem coupled to a communication system; responsive to determining that the communication device is available to provide communication services:
submitting the request to the communication device;obtaining access to the communication services provided by the communication device; andgenerating information for a presentation of the communication services.
