According to a card having the function of generating a one-time number of the present invention, the card, which is manufactured by bonding an upper-layer insulating medium part and a lower-layer insulating medium part, comprises: an antenna part buried between the upper-layer insulating medium part and the lower-layer insulating medium part, exchanging a wireless frequency signal with a non-contact card reader included in a terminal device outside a card, and receiving a designated signal value from the terminal device through the wireless frequency signal; and a generation module buried between the upper-layer insulating medium part and the lower-layer insulating medium part, connected to the antenna part, extracting at least one seed number for generating a one-time number from the signal value received through the wireless frequency signal of the antenna part, and generating a one-time number with designated digits by applying one or more seed values including the seed value extracted from the signal value received through the wireless frequency signal of the antenna part to a designated key generating function. |
