The present invention relates to a battery pack. The battery pack includes a battery cell (110) which includes a can (112) which has an accommodating space for accommodating an electrode assembly (111), and an insulator (114) which is formed on the outer surface of the can (112) and prevents a short; and a pack case (120) which touches the lateral surface of the battery cells (110). The insulator (114) is respectively attached to both sides (112c)(112d) of the can (112), and can prevent a short due to the battery cells (110) touching each other.
