Provided is an adhesive sheet with a protection film which is capable of keeping a roll from slipping when being wound around the roll and not causing a resin separation when separating the protection film with an automatic cutter unit. The adhesive sheet with the protection film comprises: an adhesive sheet comprising a support body having first and second surfaces and a resin composition conjugated with the second surface of the pertinent support body; a protection film which has first and second surfaces and is installed for the pertinent second surface to be conjugated with the resin composition layer of the adhesive sheet, wherein the arithmetic mean deviation of the profile (Ra p1) of the first surface of the protection film is equal to or greater than 100 nm, and the arithmetic mean deviation of the profile (Ra p2) of the second surface of the protection film is equal to or greater than 100 nm. |
