The present invention relates to a method for producing a jelly-roll-type electrode assembly and, more specifically, to a method for producing a jelly-roll-type electrode assembly, which ensures production of the jelly-roll-type electrode assembly in an excellent quality while minimizing an external diameter of the jelly roll. According to the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: producing a lamination on which an electrode and a separation membrane are alternately laminated; attaching an electrode tab onto the electrode; and winding the lamination on the electrode tab.
