1. A fixation apparatus comprising:
a first fixation device comprising: a facial side; a lingual side; a first attachment loop located at a first end and defining an aperture for receiving a first bone screw therethrough; a second attachment loop located at a second end and defining an aperture for receiving a second bone screw therethrough; a third attachment loop located between and spaced apart from the first attachment loop and the second attachment loop, the third attachment loop defining an aperture for receiving a third bone screw therethrough; and a plurality of hooks; wherein: the device is bendable such that it may be shaped to approximate an arch of a mandible or a maxilla; the first end is configured to be located on a right side of the arch, and the second end is configured to be located on a left side of the arch; the first end and the second end are each secured to one of the mandible and the maxilla; and the apertures are oriented such that the bones screws may be inserted from the facial side toward the lingual side.
