摘要 A main objective of the present invention is to provide a vacuum blender and an operating method thereof, wherein a vacuum device is integrated into a main body of the blender to increase user convenience, and a vacuum space is separated to maintain a storage container in a vacuum condition and to separate/store the storage container. To achieve the objective, the vacuum blender according to the present invention comprises: a mechanical operation unit (200) comprising the main body (210) having an internal space formed therein, and a vacuum pump (230) and a rotation motor (240) installed in the internal space of the main body (210); a support unit (300) provided with a vacuum tube (320) which is connected to the vacuum pump (230) and passes through the inside thereof, and raised from the mechanical operation unit (200) by a prescribed height; a vacuum decompression unit (400) disposed on an upper portion of the support unit (300) and provided with a first vacuum chamber (450) formed therein and connected to the vacuum tube (320), wherein upper and lower portions of the first vacuum chamber (450) are connected to the outside, and the upper portion of the first vacuum chamber (450) is selectively opened and closed by a first vacuum cap (430); and a vacuum grinding unit (500) comprising a storage container (510) seated on the mechanical operation unit (200) and provided with a second vacuum chamber (580) formed therein and a blender blade (515) mounted therein and connected to the rotation motor (240), and a sealing cover (530) to cover and seal an upper portion of the storage container (510), and selectively open and close a second vacuum cap (54) on a portion thereof airtightly connected to the lower portion of the first vacuum chamber (450) of the vacuum decompression unit (400).
