The present invention is provided to solve inconvenient situations where a user is not able to pay a bus fare due to insufficient funds on the user′s card and there is no place to charge the card nearby even after checking the card balance when getting on the bus. Although conventional bus information systems have functions of bus route guide, bus time inquiry, bus card balance inquiry, etc., the present invention is provided to solve such inconvenience by including a charging system in addition to the conventional functions. A method for charging a bus card includes the following steps: tapping a bus card on a panel for balance inquiry, putting a credit card or check card into a slot; and inputting the password of the credit card and the amount of money the user wishes to recharge their bus card with. |
