The method also includes modifying a timing parameter of the memory device based on addresses identified by the first memory access request and the second memory access request to produce a modified timing parameter. The method further includes processing the second memory access request based on the modified timing parameter. |

receiving, by a memory device from a processor, a first memory access request identifying a first row of a plurality of storage elements of the memory device; processing the first memory access request based on a timing parameter of the memory device; receiving, by the memory device from the processor, a second memory access request identifying the first row of the plurality of storage elements; modifying the timing parameter of the memory device to produce a modified timing parameter in response to determining that the first memory access request and the second memory access request each identify the first row of the plurality of storage elements; and processing the second memory access request based on the modified timing parameter. |
