The present invention relates to cookware capable of heat recovery which not only compensates fresh compensation water inside a cooking container not needing a cook to exchange water stored inside the cooking container (pot) with fresh water every time, but also prevents heat loss by easily heating the fresh compensation water supplied to the inside of the cooking container by recovering waste heat of foul water discharged from the inside of the cooking container, furthermore, maintains freshness of uncontaminated water to have an effect of improving quality of foods such as noodles, cold noodles, and plain noodles. |
