1. A configurable seating device comprising:
a first portion configured to engage at least one object when in an open position; a second portion operably connected to the first portion, the second portion having a first end and a second end that is distal from the first end, wherein the first portion is operably connected to the first end of the second portion, and the second end defining an edge extending along the second end of the second portion from a first end of the edge to a second end of the edge; and a third portion operably connected to the second portion at the second end of the second portion, the third portion having a length that extends between a first end and a second end, wherein the third portion is a single leg structure, and is pivotably connected along the edge of the second portion; wherein, when in the open position, a user is accommodated on the second portion that is a distance above a ground surface that corresponds to the length of the third portion, and the third portion is configured to contact the ground surface and is capable of supporting a weight of the user accommodated by the second portion of the configurable seating device.
